We will graciously accept your returns up to 2 days, if you are not content with the item, it doesn’t fit, whatever the reason, given that we receive an email from you within 2 days of receipt.
We want to be sure that before you ship, if you are exchanging it for another size, that we do have the right size in stock. If not, we may be able to show you an alternative design or make another arrangement. So hang tight! In any case, we need to hear from you via email before you ship the returned merchandise. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the details.
Your item will exchanged or refunded (minus original shipping cost), as long as:
- You communicated with us within 2 days of delivery of the product.
- The item is in perfect condition, has not been worn, and with tags intact.
- A copy of the original payment receipt or order invoice is included.
We are not responsible for the payment of the return shipping or onward shipping charges as well for any cancelled order. If you are exchanging an item for another one, and add an additional purchase, we will ship back to you for free!
Please take note, that until your item is in our hands, we cannot be responsible for it. Please track your packages.

1. Email to email@example.com with the exact reason of return/refund.
2. Ship the item as it came with all the packaging and tags to Mystock.in , 4th Floor, Khadi Niketan NX, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar - 751016
3. Once we receive it and verify it to be brand new as it is and was not used once too, then we will process the refund request.
4. Email the bank details to firstname.lastname@example.org for the refund or UPI ID.
5. 100 INR to be deducted from the refund amount as shipping handling charges.
