Returns/exchanges accepted within 24 hours of delivery. Items must be unused, with original tags & packaging intact.

• Customers must ship products back at their own cost (no reverse pickup).

• Refund will be Processed and credited within 5-6 days to the original source of payment method

• Replacement/exchanged products will be delivered within 4-5 days

• Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable. ₹100 handling fee + 4% platform fee + GST (if applicable) will be deducted.

• For defective items, email images to help@qubesys.com before sending them back.

• Combo packs must be returned in full—no partial returns.
